You’ll need high energy and a smile when you join us for our women-only Total Barre Workout.

An effective hybrid of Pilatese, dance, cardio and strength training.  Choreographed movement patterns set to music using the ballet barre and simple Pilates equipment.

Perfect for ladies who are looking for a low impact workout.
